My son and I visited on September 17th, and it was a real pleasure to meet the new owners. We received a wonderful welcome despite arriving late, and the service was exceptionally warm and friendly, provided by a serious and professional young man. We enjoyed fresh, regional products, beautifully presented. As we left, we were treated to a small glass of excellent Camargue liqueur for the road, along with a kind note from the new owner, who clearly leaves nothing to chance! Thank you to everyone for this lovely experience, and especially to the chef for his passion for his work!

Fantastic meal! The fish soup and bull stew were superb, not to mention the apple tart! A real treat!

A wonderful experience in this typical Saintes setting. The cuisine was simple yet perfectly cooked and seasoned. The welcome was warm and friendly. The staff are professionals who love what they do and share it with authenticity and generosity, which is evident in every bite.

A lovely place! Having lived in Les Saintes for several years without ever having been there, we came as a family and were received like true guests. The tellines (small clams) weren't on the menu, but we got them upon request. The tuna steak and mussels were generous portions, and the children's menu with a fresh butcher's minced steak and fresh fries was fantastic.
Thank you so much for this last-minute Sunday evening reservation!
