A warm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere, excellent, flavorful, and home-style cooking. Especially the incredibly tender Gardienne de Taureau (bull stew), a truly authentic burrata salad, and Michel's magnificent apple tart. The fish is fresh from the day's catch. I highly recommend this restaurant; it offers one of the best value-for-money ratios in Les Saintes. Book quickly! It's also wheelchair accessible. I give 5 stars to the entire team. Bravo and thank you to everyone!

18/08/2026: Great place, we had a wonderful meal and the staff were excellent. Mathias, the manager, is very dedicated and took the time to explain the local specialties and regional products to us. Highly recommended.
18/08/2026: We had been searching for a long time for a good Camargue bull stew (gardiane de taureau) in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. And when we discovered this restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service, both in terms of the food and the service itself! It's worth noting that, according to locals, some Camargue bull stews aren't even made with real Camargue bull meat, and even worse, some establishments buy pre-prepared dishes! 😱 It seems there are only a handful of restaurants in the town that offer genuine Camargue bull meat with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) status. A big thank you to Matiasse for his professionalism and warm welcome! 😁 An address we highly recommend! 👌
