Honestly, an excellent discovery! We've tried more than three restaurants for fresh mussels but were always disappointed. We stumbled upon this restaurant and frankly, it was excellent from start to finish. The servers were impeccable and the food was a delight. I highly recommend it!

We always eat at Les Flots Bleus when we come to Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer because it's always a delight, with excellent advice and exceptional kindness. I highly recommend it.

Arriving as a party of four, we received a very warm welcome from the waitress. For starters, we shared a seafood platter and clams in cream sauce, which were fresh and delicious. For our main courses, we followed the waiter's recommendation and opted for the house specialty, the seafood pariallada. It was a real treat. We'll be back, thank you very much!

On Thursday evening, July 16, 2026, I went to eat at Les Flots Bleus restaurant. The staff gave me a warm welcome, especially the waiter Thomas, who has a knack for seating his customers. The service was punctual and friendly, from the aperitif to the main course. My grilled sausage was delicious, from the cooking to the sauce and garnish. My peach Melba for dessert was also delicious, and after a coffee, I was even offered a complimentary digestif. Thank you and congratulations to all the staff—the parents, the brother and sister, and the waiter, of course! I highly recommend this family-run restaurant.

I highly recommend it!!! The aioli and grilled cuttlefish were excellent, and to finish, two homemade gourmet coffees. The best restaurant in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. Plus, the waiter and waitress were very welcoming. I highly recommend it.
