A small restaurant we stumbled upon in November 2025, run by a couple and their daughters who help out. It's a shame they were out of mussels in the evening, as we had come specifically for them... But we tried the bull stew (gardiane de taureau) instead: a real treat! The customers were chatting amicably, and there were many regulars who came back every year. A lovely little restaurant. We'll be back this summer with our children to try the fish specialty that some customers had raved about... but this time we'll make a reservation to be sure of getting mussels, or we'll come for lunch. Thank you so much, and see you soon!

A must-try spot in Les Saintes, a very warm welcome, and the various dishes are excellent. We went two days in a row, and I'm surprised by some of the comments… The food, service, and welcome were all impeccable. Excellent value for money. Less than €100 for three people.

What a lovely surprise! While out for a stroll, we discovered this blue gem, far from the tourist traps. We barely left and already wanted to come back... We felt like we were staying with friends. From the bull stew to the chocolate cake, we were delighted with everything. The decor and service were immaculate. Family atmosphere and cuisine, with a warm, friendly welcome from the owner, who has been working here with her family for about fifteen years. Reasonably priced for Saintes Marie de la Mer.

Today, I had the immense pleasure of organizing my own daughter's christening here, a very important moment for our family. Everything was perfectly orchestrated: the organization, the service, and the team's availability all contributed greatly to making this day an unforgettable memory. A huge thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and kindness. It's a true joy to see that a place that was part of my childhood continues to host precious moments in my family life. I recommend this establishment without the slightest hesitation!
10/06/2026: From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the place. We were welcomed by Guillaume, the owner's son, who was completely dedicated to our various requests. After settling into our spotless and spacious room with a large bed and a very comfortable mattress, he invited us to enjoy a homemade aperitif, featuring a tasting of several local products, including bull chorizo ​​and exceptional Camargue oysters. Next, we savored sangre, cooked to perfection over the wood fire in the enormous fireplace, and delicious cheeses, finishing with a caramel flan made with eggs from the estate. A pure delight. After a stroll through the magnificent grounds, we spent a peaceful night. In short, I wholeheartedly recommend this most pleasant and authentic place. Thank you again, Guillaume, for your warm welcome.

Special mention also goes to the bull tartare, absolutely exquisite and perfectly seasoned. You immediately feel the soul of this family-run establishment, lovingly managed by three sisters. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and authentic, just like home. The entire team is top-notch: welcoming, smiling, attentive, and always going the extra mile for their customers.
