Everything was absolutely perfect at L’Amphitryon, from the aperitif to the dessert! The quality of the food was exceptional, with cuisine that truly borders on haute cuisine. And what's particularly remarkable is that, unlike some fine-dining restaurants where the portions are sometimes quite small, here the quality is undeniable without sacrificing generosity. The dishes are flavorful, refined, and truly substantial. All this at an incredible price, which is definitely worth highlighting. And to top it all off, a special mention goes to the owner for his kindness and attentiveness to his customers. He truly goes the extra mile and greatly contributes to making the experience even more enjoyable. A truly wonderful restaurant in Pézenas, which we recommend without hesitation. We will gladly return.

My wife and I ordered the goat cheese and chorizo ​​mille-feuille, and as a main course, the cuttlefish with lobster sauce. We thoroughly enjoyed it! The chef is truly talented! Gentlemen, don't hesitate to treat your wives; this place is sure to delight them. We can't wait to return to this restaurant, which has very reasonable prices.

We booked by chance, and it was a lucky find! The restaurant is at the entrance to the old town, quiet and full of character, with seating available outside under the pergola or inside under the vaulted ceilings. The welcome was attentive, the service impeccable, and the dishes delicious. The salad was generous and flavorful, the vegetable mille-feuille excellent, and the grilled dried fish delicious. In this sweltering heat, it would be nice to add a few salads to the daily specials menu 😉
