A wonderful discovery! The food was superb! The service was impeccable, and all the staff were friendly! The setting was lovely. The value for money was also excellent, with good quality ingredients and a respectable wine list, both by the bottle and by the glass. I'll definitely be back!

Fabulous restaurant in the old town of Pézenas. Tasty dishes on the menu, prices generally reasonable, and above all, very pleasant service.

We don't visit Pezenas every year, but regularly nonetheless, and have been for at least 25 years: a special ambiance, incredibly friendly service, and delicious, honest cuisine!! And yes, we hope to be able to return for another 25 years!

Le Pre St Jean

28/08/2026: The food was excellent, but I have one complaint about the €68 set menu, which listed sirloin steak from Laubrac but contained barely 100g of meat – that's outrageous. Furthermore, the chef is very touchy and doesn't take criticism well, which is a shame because the food is good.
14/08/2026: A lunch offering excellent value for money. A lot of effort went into the food. The dishes were beautifully presented and expertly executed. The dessert was a real highlight: a clove ice cream that was a true explosion of flavor.
