I loved the entree, but the main (saucisse maison) was not cooked enough, and my companion didn't like the gristle

Great restaurant. Gourmet cuisine prepared by a top chef and high-level assistants. Very friendly welcome and room service. Always very good, homemade. A very good address that I recommend without moderation. Looking forward to meeting you again.
