L'Ancre d'Or sur Rayol-Canadel-Sur-Mer

02/09/2026: I was really expecting better!! To start, the fish soup was quite good, but the croutons were as hard as rocks. Watch your teeth! After speaking to the owner, it seems to be the baker's fault!! The main course was okay, but nothing special. The dessert was disappointing: an almond biscuit with candied citrus was dry, and I couldn't taste the lemon or orange, with a nice melon sorbet. As for the service, a young woman who didn't speak French didn't understand when I asked for salt and pepper. In short, I won't be going back. It's a shame because we regularly spend our holidays in Canadel.

02/09/2026: The food and service were fantastic! Very refined, authentic dishes, great hospitality, attentive staff, and live music. Thank you for a perfect evening!
