Great restaurant specializing in seafood. We enjoyed a superb bouillabaisse with friends. Despite all the high-profile figures who have passed through management, the staff remain very humble.

A sincere welcome, a timeless atmosphere, a magnificent view… and above all, André Del Monte, “Dédé,” present year after year with a simplicity and generosity that have become rare.
You'll encounter regulars, families, memories, life stories.
And even on the plate, everything exudes authenticity.
I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.
If you're passing through Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer, take the time to stop here. Some places can't really be described… they have to be experienced.

Thank you to Dédé for his warm welcome; he took care of us from the moment we arrived.
The waiters were very friendly.
We had ordered bouillabaisse, which was delayed because the fisherman couldn't go out to sea, which proves the freshness of the ingredients.
We thoroughly enjoyed it, and it was very generous.
We came all the way from Nice and we certainly didn't regret it.

Le Maurin des Maures is simply a legendary place!
I've known Chef Dédé since I was 10, and it's always a great pleasure to return. His cuisine is authentic, generous, and full of flavor, with a true expertise that shines through in every dish.
The setting is exceptional, with a breathtaking panoramic view that makes the experience even more unique.
A big thank you also to Jean, a loyal waiter, always professional and pleasant, who contributes to this warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The service is simply impeccable; you feel right at home.
A must-visit, filled with memories and emotions. I recommend it without hesitation!

A truly wonderful experience (actually two, since we went back a second time)! A simple and warm welcome, everyone was incredibly attentive, the presentation was refined, and the place is exceptional yet accessible to all, both for the à la carte dishes in the evening and the varied lunchtime offerings! Special mention for your lemon meringue tart on a bed of speculoos! We'll be back to try the paella, which looks superb and delicious, and as someone mentioned earlier in the reviews, it's a shame we don't live closer! Great! I see that the part that used to be my Grandma Charlotte's shop (Madame Sauveur to her friends) is still going strong, so I'll be stopping by this summer to try your restaurant. I ate there when I was about 10 (around 2000) and I remember the owner being super friendly.
