I was really expecting better!!
To start, the fish soup was quite good, but the croutons were as hard as rocks.
Watch your teeth! After speaking to the owner, it seems to be the baker's fault!!
The main course was okay, but nothing special.
The dessert was disappointing: an almond biscuit with candied citrus was dry, and I couldn't taste the lemon or orange, with a nice melon sorbet.
As for the service, a young woman who didn't speak French didn't understand when I asked for salt and pepper.
In short, I won't be going back.
It's a shame because we regularly spend our holidays in Canadel.

With his white mustache, the owner keeps a watchful eye on everything to ensure his customers are happy. The food is delicious and unpretentious; whether it's the beef cheek stew or the sea bream fillet, the dishes are flavorful and generously portioned. The menu also features classics like bouillabaisse, but you have to order the day before.
In short, an institution worth discovering.

A truly wonderful discovery! I've never had such a refined and delicious fish meal. A real treat, and the service was very pleasant. As a bonus, there's a great concert on Tuesday evenings. In short: I'll definitely be back.
