Plus, they're open year-round, which is great for the town and the port, and deserves special recognition for keeping the town vibrant. Go without hesitation, great tapas! Especially the tellines with garlic and parsley.
The burgers are also very good, and there's a huge terrace on the Place de Marbre.
A great find on a rainy day at the port (which was open, unlike some others). The €21 set menu (meat or fish) was excellent, as were the portions. The owners were friendly, and the service was neither too slow nor too fast. We'll be back!
We ate at L'âne Rouge today as a family, and beyond the price, which I found very reasonable, the meal was excellent, cooked with love.
The owners are lovely.

Have been going there for years and always thought the food was great but was disappointed today.
The starter was not bad but the main dish fish was skimpy and a bit dry. Saved by the aioli sauce. The chips were good but very greasy. Service was very slow despite not too many tables occupied . I won’t be going back anytime soon.
