👍🏽 My friend and I ordered two starters (snails and ham) and two main courses (black pudding and steak tartare): not only were these dishes delicious, but they also, while seemingly basic on the menu, had their presentation and culinary conventions reinvented, making the experience incredibly enjoyable 💖 The wine list was superb 🍷 It wasn't very busy on that Tuesday winter evening, yet the atmosphere was warm, intimate, and extremely chill 🔇 The restaurant's layout, with the bar facing the entrance, small tables, and a cozy back room...it's as cozy as can be 🛋️ Dogs are welcome, so my Chow Chow felt right at home 🐶 👎🏽 ....ne I never thought I'd spend more time chatting with Philippe and Valentin (❤️), father and son, the two owners of the restaurant, who had a thousand and one passionate anecdotes to share ⏳ I think I've discovered my new favorite spot 🤍, perfect for those long autumn and winter evenings when you just want to be warm, eat well, drink well, and put the world to rights 💙
