After a change of ownership, it's always hesitant to return, wondering if it's still good. A resounding YES!!! The food was excellent... We were there as a family and were served quite quickly. We'll be back.

First visit since the change of ownership. The burgers and fries used to be among my favorites in Chartres; this time, the fries were good, but the quality of the burgers has declined: I struggled to finish the chicken burger; the cheese, sauce, and fried chicken formed a greasy, thick mess with no variation in texture or flavor. The service was good, and so was the dessert.

The service was impeccable and very fast, especially for a Saturday night, which was really appreciated. We ordered fish and chips: the sauce was good, and the homemade fries were too. However, the fish was really very small and seemed frozen, which was a bit disappointing.
We came because the restaurant we wanted to go to was full. In the end, I don't regret this alternative, and we'll probably come back, but it's possible to find better options in Chartres for this type of restaurant.
