Very beautiful and very well done.
I would call it a gem, as some might like to think. Quality is the guiding principle for this couple, both in the kitchen and in the service. I went there on a recommendation and was absolutely delighted. Thank you. It's been two years, but I think it's still going strong, maintaining that same level of excellence without any pretense. The chef uses high-quality ingredients to create a truly memorable experience with each dish. The duck, sweetbread, and foie gras pie with salmis sauce was magnificent.

Ezkia restaurant in Bidart can be summed up in a few words: good food and local produce.
Their approach is modern, eco-responsible market cuisine, where common sense and deep respect for the ingredients are paramount.
Well-thought-out dishes, clean flavors, nods to Basque cuisine, and a menu dictated by seasonality. The atmosphere in the small dining room is calm and welcoming.

A paradise for food lovers, a haven for gourmets.
The welcome and service are impeccable.
The dishes, from the amuse-bouche to the dessert, are truly divine. Everything is perfectly balanced, the flavors are spot-on, it's indulgent, and you leave feeling like you've eaten just the right amount—not too much, not too little (definitely satisfied).
The atmosphere is cozy and intimate.
Seriously, there are far too few restaurants of this quality (without breaking the bank) to mention!
