Local products with enough choice on the menu to satisfy every palate.
We had a wonderful time. Absolutely not to be missed!
26/04/2026: This is a very nice, tiny restaurant in the heart of Bidart. The food is imaginative and satisfying. See the attached pictures with captions. The only criticism is that the lamb was exceptionally fatty and had less lean meat on it than expected. The wine list is extensive for such a small restaurant. Altogether an excellent dining experience.

25/04/2026: As a long-time customer, I ordered three pizzas when we come on vacation.
We were disappointed because the pizzas were less generous and less flavorful than before.
The buffalo mozzarella was drowned in balsamic vinegar.
What a shame...

We dined there last night and everything was excellent: the cuisine, the perfect balance of flavors, the exquisite dishes, as well as the service and the ambiance. A truly delightful moment, both refined and welcoming. A place well worth a visit.

14/04/2026: We made a quick stop at this bakery and discovered a truly passionate and friendly artisan, both with his team and his customers.
The Basque cakes are excellent, and so is the bread!
The new banana "trompe l'oeil" is simply incredible; the puff pastry is perfectly executed, and the cream is divine!
Everything is very well-balanced and not too sweet; the flavors are pure. An excellent find!

25/03/2026: The best pizzas in Guéthary and Bayonne... I've tried several in this area, but in terms of taste and topping quality, this pizzeria is simply the best!
New owner update: Unfortunately, the quality isn't really there. The toppings are generous, but the crust and taste are really average. It's still good, but consequently, the quality is similar to the competition, meaning rather bland.

15/04/2026: Excellent food, with a chef who does everything himself, poor man.
The waitress is like a potted plant; she's only there for decoration, or not at all, not a kind word, cold... only pleasant with customers she knows, she couldn't care less about everyone else.
Luckily the food is excellent.
The worst part is that this waitress is the owner! 🤣 Go for the food and ignore the waitress...

23/04/2026: We had an excellent birthday party: excellent meal, very friendly atmosphere, and very professional staff.
22/04/2026: A perfect experience! The starter was delicious (a succulent and very flavorful pumpkin soup!), followed by grilled baby squid, also very tasty and all-you-can-eat!! So, a big thank you to the chef 😊.
And for the service, a big thank you to the waitress who was very pleasant!
So, in short, I highly recommend it!
