21/05/2026: A memorable 3-night stay. The room we stayed in was exceptionally beautiful, decorated with taste and refinement. The hotel boasts an incredible swimming pool, sauna, and Nordine bath. We also enjoyed an exceptional couples massage. The cleanliness of the premises—room, common areas, and grounds—was impeccable. And what can we say about the Michelin-starred restaurant? We give it 5 stars; it's simply an explosion of flavors for the palate and a feast for the eyes. Simply perfect. A huge thank you also to the entire team, who were incredibly attentive and always had a kind and friendly word. Thank you, Mr. Ibarboure, for this wonderful stay. We won't share any photos; we'll let you come and admire this enchanting place for yourselves.

20/05/2026: Amazing pizzas 🍕, excellent! The owner is friendly and funny, the waitress is smiling and kind, and the pizza chefs are perfect. I highly recommend this place. A wonderful discovery 🥰 A real laugh 🤣😉

20/05/2026: The pizza and tiramisu were decent, but I'm surprised by the rave reviews. The crust is very thin and sparsely topped. They advertise buffalo mozzarella on one of the pizzas, but it wasn't... While the pizzas are alright, they're nothing special, and the crust is extremely thin and dry with very little topping, so I'm struggling to understand the hype. On the plus side, you don't leave feeling heavy, digestively speaking. It's still a decent restaurant in Bidart.

31/05/2026: We ordered a delicious pizza and a bottle of wine to go. The two guys behind the counter were very, very nice. They even opened the wine for us and cut the pizza. So we were able to leave with a smile. Thank you so much for the friendly service.

Everything was perfect: the service, the quality and quantity of the food, and the staff's discretion and professionalism. A room adjoining the restaurant and the terrace were reserved for us (free of charge). We highly recommend organizing this type of event at this restaurant; you won't be disappointed! Thank you again.

21/05/2026: I regularly use the snack bar for lunch because it's quick, and occasionally the restaurant for lunch or dinner, and the service is always excellent. Thierry, the owner, has a great smile that puts a spring in my step for the day! Special mention to the all-you-can-eat baby squid! And kudos to the team for their great atmosphere!
