What a pleasure to return to Sonya and Caroline's! The cuisine is authentic, flavorful, and refined in their welcoming restaurant at the foot of the slopes. Here, the Jura region delights your taste buds. We enjoyed a morel mushroom tart paired with an organic Savagnin wine, as recommended by Caroline. We also savored Arctic char on creamy risotto and the famous Paris-Lamoura for dessert. A lovely cocktail menu and fabulous absinthes await discovery. Of course, this comes at a price… the price of prioritizing high-quality local products, passion, and expertise! We spent Christmas Eve at Anversis and it was absolutely wonderful! The cuisine was sophisticated and refined, the atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and welcoming, and the service was excellent. In short, even though there were only two of us, we had a fantastic time. I highly recommend it for lovers of quality cuisine made with local ingredients.

An excellent evening in an intimate setting. It's all about the right balance: the lighting, music, and decor are neither too much nor too little. The food is delicious and well-crafted. The dishes are understated and refined. The wine list is extensive. The balance is also in the presence of the two women who run the restaurant. They know how to be there at the right time. Congratulations and thank you to both of them for this beautiful, feel-good place.

Like every year, we return to Anversis with our eyes closed, ideal for food and wine lovers who want to feel at home in a timeless place. Caroline always offers great advice for finding us a personalized food and wine pairing; it's a real plus; we learn, we discover, we savor. As for the meal, my taste buds still remember it.

Certainly one of the most beautiful addresses in the Les Rousses resort. The chalet atmosphere, both warm and refined, immediately puts you in the best mood. From our table, the view of the cows added a charming bucolic note. The chicken with morels was remarkably precise and flavorful, a true delight. The wine list is simply incredible. A little lost in the face of so much choice, we were fortunate to be guided by the passionate owner, who was able to direct us to a bottle that perfectly paired our dishes. Finally, the "Paris-Lamoura" dessert with blueberries and absinthe was a moment of grace: subtle, bold, and absolutely delicious. Even the decor, down to the unexpected details, is worth the detour. (wc) We had already been here last year and we'll definitely be back.

The setting is beautiful and relaxing. The food and service are excellent, refined, and very professional. I highly recommend this unique setting surrounded by nature. Excellent wine selection and authentic cuisine with fresh, homemade products. Warm atmosphere with the two owners of the place. Bravo, we will return without hesitation.

A very refined restaurant with warm service. The cuisine is something special! The high prices are justified. And a wine list... (Wow!) We had snails, the cold-cured fish, and both cheese fondues, as well as delicious dessert. The ambiance inside is a dream. Rustic and cozy! Go there and let yourself be pampered.
