Après-ski is the best hangout in Vars. The management is very friendly, it's a family business, and the products are excellent: crepes, smoothies, and hot chocolate. The decor is beautiful, and the music is great. A very relaxed atmosphere.

The welcome was incredibly warm, and the crepes were excellent and generous. The owners were super friendly and gave us advice on hikes and holidays in general. We went back several times to eat there, including for a pizza which was also excellent.

The single savory crepe is delicious. As is the dessert crepe (but only available at lunchtime for the sugar-lemon one). The steak tartare? Very good too! Lovely decor. Friendly service. 👌🏻

The food is sophisticated and delicious. However, the dishes are very expensive for the portion size… and the side dishes aren't even included.

23/01/2026: Great experience! 😜 When I read the previous bad reviews...it makes me laugh... People...there's a menu...the prices are on it, for crying out loud!!! Anyway...for us, it was fantastic!!! We went there tonight and the team was very friendly and attentive. 🥰 Access via snowmobile is a really fun experience (the drivers are very kind). We had a very good meal. In short...I recommend it because it's a unique experience and I really found the team friendly.
20/01/2026: We arrived from Brittany on January 20th for lunch. There were nine of us, and they found us a table right away! The owner is super friendly! Delicious meal! Thank you to the whole team! Thank you for the complimentary génépi! See you next year!
