Great experience. When a restaurant is this full of local people you know its going to be good. Not disappointed at all, great food, great service, no waiting, very reasonable pricing. Would come back again.

29/09/2024: We had a very pleasant stay in this place. Very clean and luxurious suite. Top notch bedding. We had our dinner at the hotel brasserie. Excellent and very friendly staff. Hearty breakfast. Special mention to Clara and especially Arthur… I promise if I pass through Chartres dear Arthur you will be able to pilot (out of service of course… the Granturismo) and I always keep my promises. Small suggestion however, following a disappointment... it would perhaps be necessary to arrange a time slot for children's spa access under the responsibility of the parents. I can nevertheless understand this prohibition especially with unruly children... see you very soon. Stéphanie, Lyam and Cyril
29/09/2024: Well located, the hotel offers impeccable service both in terms of well-decorated, clean and comfortable rooms and in terms of quality breakfast. The welcome is perfect, professional and pleasant from start to finish. The bar is beautiful and worth a visit too for a cocktail🍸even without staying at the hotel!

la Brochet' du Sud

03/09/2024: Arriving by chance at the La Broche du Sud restaurant, we left delighted, delicious liver and fresh fig terrine as a starter, delicious dishes, skewer of sirloin fillet and very tender lamb shank and to finish an excellent homemade baba with pipettes of rum, 30.99 euros per person, who could say better!!!! I recommend 100% Plus, opposite the cathedral 😃
13/08/2024: Having foolishly failed to reserve Chartres Saturday dinner en route from Biarritz to Calais, the utterly lovely ladies of la Brochet' du Sud took mercy on us (they are right next to the Cathedral) and found us a table. Their chef stayed open late to replenish us with delicious speciality meat and fish hanging brochettes, a great half bottle of pouilly fume and some mouth watering chef special desserts. All this was enjoyed with a backdrop of stunning Chartres cathedral illuminations, at a very reasonable cost. Thank you to the kind ladies of la Brochet' du Sud. In our view, you are on your way to sainthood.
