The menu is perfect, lots of options to choose, everything was delicious, the salads are big, definitely worth it for the price

A large group, unfortunately missing a few members, received impeccable service nonetheless. Thank you to them. The food was top-notch, perfectly cooked, and... the sauce was superb. It seems this is a must-try in Pau!
I'll definitely be back during the day to enjoy the view of the Pyrenees!

We are former residents of Pau who have returned to Aragon and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the service.
We recommend the horseradish carbonara steak… a blend of flavors your taste buds will remember.

Excellent service, very professional manager, and fresh, high-quality products. A brasserie just the way we like them. The porcini mushroom omelet is definitely worth the trip! I highly recommend it.
