This place has really turned things around after a period of poor quality. It's a must-visit for both locals and tourists strolling along the Boulevard des Pyrénées if you're feeling peckish.

Lovely brasserie. Good selection of tasty and generous dishes. We especially enjoyed the tuna ceviche and the porcini mushroom omelet. Attentive and very friendly staff. Thank you for a delicious meal and a very pleasant experience.

A warm welcome. Refined cuisine, all served on a terrace with views of the Pyrenees.

This is not a place to visit for the atmosphere.

Lunch was a mixed bag; the staff were pleasant and helpful, but the meal itself didn't impress us. It lacked flavor and was too rich. We had stomach aches all afternoon.

The food was exquisite. It came out without waiting. The service was outstanding. The blonde waitress with the ponytail was a delight! Friendly, professional, and very outgoing! I loved her way of working; she made you feel very comfortable! The place is pet-friendly, which is also worth mentioning, as it's not common in restaurants in Pau. So, I give it a 10. They speak some Spanish, which I greatly appreciate since French is very difficult for me. I recommend this place because it stands out for many reasons 💖

Le Dauphin

11/09/2026: Le Dauphin... What can I say? A place where the food is always excellent. The mussels are a delight. The terrace is very inviting and features a lovely little fountain. The staff are super friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I'll be back without hesitation. Thank you.

Maison Constanti

10/09/2026: Excellent location. It's hard to get a seat. Very good tea (I left with a bag). Excellent selection of cakes and pastries. Note: avoid the chocolate fondant; it was my only disappointment there. The blueberry sorbet was absolutely delicious. Impeccable service.
09/09/2026: Everything is delicious! The cupcakes, cakes, etc… The ice cream sundaes are also fantastic and very generous (the ice cream is excellent), and the profiterole is also amazing with lots of homemade melted chocolate. The service is very good too, quick and friendly. See you soon! 👍😋
