We had a lovely time at L’Arbosié.
The dishes were excellent, very generous, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. The restaurant has a friendly atmosphere and a very pleasant setting.
However, the service was particularly slow, and our server sometimes seemed a little overwhelmed, which slightly detracted from the experience.
Despite this, we enjoyed our meal and would gladly return.

We spent 14 days in Corsica – this is our absolute favorite restaurant. Incredibly delicious food, a fantastic atmosphere, and top-notch service. We each ordered the set menu (the one with fish and the pork chop). Everything was incredibly tasty! Our favorite, though, was the pork chop – the biggest we've ever seen. You absolutely have to try it! It's also a good idea to reserve a table on the outdoor terrace in advance via WhatsApp. They always respond quite quickly. Many thanks to the chef and the friendly waiter!

A fantastic place, I highly recommend it! The servers were very pleasant, smiling, and full of humor. The menu was very Corsican, which is a welcome change, as that's not always the case! The food was simply perfect, authentic Corsican cuisine, full of local flavors and no frills, just passion and expertise. The value for money is clearly excellent, and the setting is very charming, nestled in one of the little streets of Sartène, making it a very welcoming place.

Yes and no. The portions are indeed generous, but... the tables are cramped, and the benches aren't very comfortable. The prices are reasonable, but €11 for a ham and pasta dish with a cone for the children's menu... well, we weren't exactly blown away 😅
