We stopped by chance for breakfast on our trip to Paris. Covered terrace in winter, it has two breakfast menus, one for €10 and the other for €13. Very complete, they serve it quickly. The €10 one comes with a hot drink, juice, toast or croissant and cheese with muesli. For the €13 one you add eggs or omelet. It is located very close to the triumphal arch.
