Real cuisine, well done chef, our taste buds exploded. Exceptional value for money and quality 👍🏻. The chef enhances the ingredients wonderfully, even on the daily menu. THANKS. Perfect service and calm atmosphere.

Last night I had an incredible experience at l’Ardoise restaurant. The atmosphere was cozy, the staff friendly and attentive, and the food exquisite. I tried a delicious salad followed by one of the best piece du boeuf I have ever eaten, accompanied by a delicious bed of potatoes. The wines that accompanied the dinner were perfect. To finish, we enjoyed an assortment of cheeses and an irresistible chocolate moelleux. I will definitely come back! Highly recommended

Wonderful little restaurant with authentic, home made food. A smaller menu with regional specialties, very well priced and of great quality! Friendly, personal service. Can highly recommend and will definitely be back should I come back to Macon.

We arrived with no reservation on a midweek lunchtime but we received a friendly welcome and we had a very enjoyable meal from the "menu du jour". The food was tasty and fresh - even my meat-loving husband enjoyed the vegetarian salad starter as it had lots of flavour!

We were very well received 😄! The service is fast and the waitress was able to give us advice and details on the dishes 👍 In addition, I really liked what I was able to eat: The parsley ham, the Bresse chicken and the apple crumble 😍 😋 Huuummm a delight! I recommend 1000% 🤩! The only thing I didn't like was the moment when there was nothing left on my plate, I loved savoring the dishes so much hehe 😄! The doses are perfect and the taste is there 😋. It’s becoming one of my favorite restaurants now 😉! Looking forward to coming and discovering the rest of the menu 😜
