As a service provider for kitchen hygiene, I will eat without any problem with my family because the kitchen is maintained on a regular basis. And I also take my hat off to ALEXIS who is highly involved and serious in her work and very friendly. Keep it up!!!? See you soon team.

The salmon steak and its vegetable accompaniment were good. Served with apricot juice. Good coffee. The toilets are clean.

Decor and warm atmosphere at L’Ardoise! A caring service in addition to being smiling. Very good brasserie dishes, excellent meat, truffle linguine and burratta at the top... Small downside and that's just me, the price of the wines. But otherwise I recommend and we will come back. Thank you to the slate team for your welcome and your service.

Restaurant bien situé en plein centre-ville, plats de qualités, dommage que certaines serveuses se montrent désagréable. Dommage !

Cadre très agréable, notamment la terrasse. Une carte variée et certains plats originaux avec de la truffe. Une bonne adresse sur Gouvieux.

12/09/2024: Bel endroit. Idéal quand on veut être au calme. Restaurant avec un joli menu Découverte. Service au top. Très à l'écoute. Nous y retournerons.
20/08/2024: A luxurious change of scenery for a night. The hotel is truly magnificent and the swimming pool heated just right. The night is quite expensive but it's worth it. A small downside regarding the noise of a machine on the forest view terrace, on the ground floor. I would have liked to have had a purse big enough to eat at the hotel restaurant which is apparently excellent. High standing hotel offering a real break from Parisian life!

06/09/2024: Brunch for my lover's birthday on a Sunday at the end of August. In terms of food, it was okay, nothing more. The service was not the best - always had to look for someone to ask for water, clear the table. Then as we were the last, the team put everything away in front of us - and even vacuumed the inside! We were on the terrace - really missing a gardener - too bad because the castle is pretty in front when you arrive, but is in serious need of a refresh behind.
04/08/2024: Very good stay Clean and spacious room, very friendly staff and excellent swimming pool. The place is ideal for having a good time and relaxing.
