23/03/2024: We were very pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. From the outside, a simple restaurant. Inside, refined cuisine, quality products and pleasant service. We went there for Valentine's Day and wanted to repeat the experience with our family, who also really appreciated it. In addition, on Valentine's Day evening, the restaurant offered roses to women. Small gesture but always a pleasure. I like to find this mix between grandmother's cooking and refined cuisine, it's a mix that works very well. Thank you for this experience, and see you soon.

03/04/2024: Splendid residence from the outside. Entrance combining modernity and old. Welcoming staff. Room next to the kitchens so smells of eggs in the corridors. Rooms with carpeted floors and feather pillows. Hello allergies... The sanitary facilities are in a state which does not reflect the standard. Toilet seat not fixed, cracked paint, the 3 mixers in the room (toilet sink, shower and bathtub) are all broken, the windows need to be replaced, mold in the shower,... Given the price, it is unacceptable to have a room in this state. The swimming pool is too small even though the number of customers is very large. The pool ladder is not fixed which is dangerous when people go down into the water. The sauna and hammam are in good condition. And then the cherry on the cake: the restaurant. The starters are tasteless. The gingerbread with the foie gras was still frozen. The sauces had no taste. The veal was well cooked but no morels in sight (rather trumpets of death and button mushrooms). The concept of separate support is very particular. Difficult to choose just one related to our dish. Error when ordering and one of our guests got her side dish when she finished eating after asking for it 3 times. The duck breast (well, half a breast) was overcooked. The ravioli were overcooked and formed a pâté. The vegetables cooked were parsnips (a special vegetable that does not go well with everything without clarification from the server). Luckily the desserts spiced up this dinner. The restaurant made a gesture on the bill to apologize. The breakfast is very varied but everything is industrial. You will even have the pleasure of meeting the cooks with the trolleys of pastries still frozen in the corridors. The multifruit was gassy and tangy. I hope that children or fragile people did not drink it. To end on a pleasant note, the maître d'hôtel Christophe kindly brought us new multifruit juices to our table. He was smiling and friendly. He apologized for the inconvenience. At the end of our stay, even after expressing our regrets, the receptionist did not deign to apologize. To flee

02/03/2024: To recommend without hesitation! Friendly welcome, excellent cuisine with quality products, discreet and attentive service in a pleasant setting with well-spaced tables. We absolutely do not understand the negative reviews and I really wonder if the people who criticize the price, the service or the welcome are used to going to the restaurant. There were 6 of us and we all had the gourmet menu. Everything was perfect and delicious. Our guests were delighted. The total addition at 6 is of course substantial but what a pleasure!! The quality/price ratio is more than excellent. Thank you for this good time 😁

23/02/2024: The place is nice, the meal plates, cold therefore lukewarm dishes. it's excessive in price...25€ menu 3€ Pinot des Charentes and wine 12€!!!! My friends drink wine, no more choice (disappointed) We will not go back
