The food is excellent, I especially recommend the crêpe Suzette, which is absolutely divine (April 7, 2026).
The welcome is warm, and the chef is jovial.
This is an establishment you absolutely must try if you're going to La Rochelle.

What more can I say than the stars it's awarded? Enjoy this place before the Michelin Guide discovers it. Tables are likely to become highly sought after.
As for the food, I can only say that the chef masterfully handles flavors and textures. The service and atmosphere are relaxed and expertly managed by the young woman whose name I forgot to ask.
And that chalkboard on the wall, which allows us to see what we're eating at any time, is a great idea.
The value for money is quite good.
I think soon it will be necessary to book well in advance, as this discreet place can't accommodate many people. A truly wonderful discovery.

An excellent restaurant away from main tourist area. I hope it is usually busier than it was our evening because the service, the food and the experience should be more widely known about.
It really benefits from a small room with very attentive staff. The menu is small in numbers, but absolutely 1st class in preparation of each dish and the cooking.
If I was staying more than one night in La Rochelle I would go back for sure. And I will be telling friends it is worth a detour when driving to the south of France.
