This restaurant was recommended to us by another restaurant owner, and we weren't disappointed. We ordered our own seafood platter, and they gave us excellent advice regarding the portion size for two. I recommend this restaurant. The staff was very friendly.

A great spot in La Rochelle that I highly recommend. They use very fresh, local produce, and everything is homemade – a real treat. We particularly appreciated the peaceful courtyard terrace, which was very intimate and away from the hustle and bustle of the port street. The staff is friendly. In short, we'll be back as soon as possible.

We had dinner on the small terrace at the back of Comptoir Saoufé. A peaceful spot, yet right in the heart of La Rochelle, with an incredibly warm welcome! We truly felt and appreciated the spirit of sharing and conviviality of the place. The oysters and seafood were fresh and delicious, no complaints whatsoever. The terrines were also scrumptious. The drinks and products are local and artisanal—a wonderful discovery. We'll be back!

A perfect meal. Excellent ingredients, fair prices, and warm service. We've been going to La Rochelle for two years now, and we always return to this restaurant where we receive a royal welcome. Go for it!

01/07/2026: A remarkable culinary experience. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. Each dish was delicious and beautifully presented. Refined cuisine. The service was attentive and the welcome warm. I highly recommend this establishment. We will gladly return.
30/06/2026: Excellent and highly original cuisine; the surf-and-turf combination in some dishes is as surprising as it is refined, all in a lovely setting. A magnificent wine list. Thank you to Hugo for his expert carving of the sole, as well as to the entire team, not forgetting the pastry chef and her sumptuous desserts.

The service is relaxed, youthful, efficient, and very professional in a pleasant atmosphere. A must-try. Very satisfied. I will definitely return.
