10/12/2025: I waited at the checkout for 10 minutes asking for an ice cream I had bought, which was never given to me. All the staff walked right past me without saying a word. I left without my ice cream, and my son's Happy Meal didn't include the toy or book I'd ordered.

08/11/2025: The experience was decent but inconsistent. The restaurant is well-located and easily accessible, with ample parking. Orders are processed quickly using the self-service kiosks, which is a plus. However, the quality of service varies considerably. Some days, orders arrive complete, hot, and well-prepared; other times, items are missing or the fries are already lukewarm. The wait at the drive-thru can also be a bit long during peak hours. The dining area is generally clean, but some tables are left uncleaned for a while when it's busy. In short, a decent McDonald's for a quick meal, but the experience could be more consistent. A little more regularity would really make a difference.
