4 stars because I love the concept and I support it. The homemade iced tea was very good. The ice creams (artisanal, not homemade) were: - Valrhona milk chocolate: very good - Thirst-quenching (lemon, mint, cucumber): horribly sweet, a very unpleasant surprise given the composition, to only taste the sugar.... then confirmed by the composition (18g for a small ice cream). I expect this type of cafe to offer products with a low sugar content, and I was disappointed. Aside from that, the cakes in the window looked very good, and the place is cute.

08/01/2026: Perfect cuisine, impeccable and attentive service!!! Thank you for everything. If I had to find a tiny flaw, but really just to nitpick, a more refined ambiance and decor would be nice!
20/11/2025: A feast for the eyes: the setting and ambiance are uncluttered, and the restaurant exudes elegance, simplicity, and refinement from the moment you step inside. Our table overlooked the kitchen, a delightful experience as we watched the chef and his team at work preparing their dishes. The sommelier and waitress were neither intrusive nor overbearing; a perfect balance that respected and preserved the privacy of each table. A feast for the palate: from the amuse-bouches to the desserts, a real surprise: we discovered that Michelin-starred restaurants serve portions that aren't overly generous (though they can be quite substantial), but rather perfectly balanced and proportionate. We didn't leave hungry at all, quite the opposite, and we're certainly not complaining! From the truffled porcini mushroom velouté to the Kouglof (I promise you, try it; I didn't like it before either), there wasn't a single flaw in this meal. Thank you for continuing to maintain this atmosphere and these quality dishes, and we will be back.
