A true discovery, we've never enjoyed ourselves so much!!! It was our first date night since the birth of our 7-month-old baby, and it was like stepping back in time thanks to Max and Amandine who pampered us and treated us to such delicious food! We can't wait to see what's on the next menu!!! See you very soon!!!

A warm welcome and a pleasant setting. The decor is designed to create a sense of intimacy at each table. As for the menu… It perfectly reflects the restaurant's name: a discovery of aromas… and flavors! The cuisine is as refined as it is original. We highly recommend it. This is a cuisine that takes me on a journey. There are Asian influences with a Southwestern twist. I'm giving it 5/5 because I can't give it 6/5.

A wonderful evening with another couple of friends who wanted to introduce us to this excellent restaurant. Indeed, the set menu offered a choice of two courses, allowing us to sample all the options. Refined in presentation and taste, we also appreciated the warm welcome and service. Go without hesitation!

What a wonderful discovery this small, intimate yet welcoming restaurant was! The hostess greeted us with a smile that lasted throughout the evening. The very small menu allows her to offer fresh, seasonal ingredients. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, both visually and in terms of the food. Pure bliss! A wonderful discovery during our visit to Casteljaloux: this restaurant with its welcoming floral decor 😁 We eat out a lot throughout the year, and we really appreciated Amandine, our waitress and owner. It's just the two of them, a lovely couple who have a wonderful chemistry in their work, and it shows. Madame's impeccable service, her attentiveness, and our conversations are truly remarkable. An excellent culinary experience, a menu with modest choices (two starters, two main courses, two desserts + cheese), inventive and flavorful cuisine. For my part, I had seared tuna as a starter, followed by pink duck breast cooked in red wine with artichoke purée, and a magnificent dessert (semolina cake, pistachio cream with coulis, and raspberry ice cream). The bill came to around fifty euros, the service and presentation were impeccable. I recommend it if you want to treat yourself. There were few, if any, vegetarian options, but I didn't ask for more than that.

Always a wonderful culinary experience. Exquisite cocktail, perfectly paired. Fish and meat cooked to perfection, and seasoned flawlessly. Gentle and friendly service. Reservations are recommended. See you soon ;)
