A place you absolutely must discover! They are true restaurant professionals, using fresh, limited-edition ingredients on a first-come, first-served basis. It's best to make a reservation. I discovered this friendly and welcoming place with friends. True Parisians will undoubtedly find a touch of nostalgia for their past here (in terms of decor and layout). I really enjoyed it. The team is more than fantastic despite the crowds; everything is perfectly organized and runs like clockwork! Special mention to the chef—I thoroughly enjoyed my meal! Bravo! Thank you! I will definitely be back.

07/05/2026: We stumbled upon Le Donjon by chance, not being from the area at all, for a family lunch, and we had a wonderful time. The staff and service were top-notch, the dishes were refined and excellent, accompanied by very good wines, and the setting was very pleasant, all at a highly competitive price. We won't forget this place and will gladly return if we're ever back in Niort.
07/05/2026: The atmosphere was only good because the music was a bit loud. The service and food were excellent, as usual.
