The dish of the day: Taurus guardian is pretty ok in terms of taste but I have rarely seen such a meager dish in terms of quantity (20 euros anyway). This dish is not representative of the entire menu which looks more filling when I look at other people's dishes. The very nice boss asked my opinion on the dish, he took it into account. I wouldn't come back I don't think.

26/03/2024: Very good experience at this establishment. The beef cheek is excellent and in terms of quantity we are served! The entrecote was very good too. The service is a little long though.

05/09/2024: ...so we're here right now and it's spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well furnished, the pool is warm, the room (3) simply has a new bathroom..., the service is super good, the hut is full and the food is very good …
02/08/2024: Chaotic welcome and first contact. But apart from that, the service is friendly and the lobby (restaurant, breakfast room) is nice. The staff is attentive and Christina, the Spanish girl who seems completely crazy at first glance, is extremely kind. Thank you to her and to the entire team of this strange hotel which was our starting point for 4 days to discover the passes of the region (Larche, Bonette, Cayolle, Allos,...)
