If you're looking for THE real bouillabaisse, this is it! To begin with, the phone reception for the reservation was incredibly warm and immediately made you want to go. The in-person welcome was just as warm and friendly, with smiles and excellent service throughout the evening. The bouillabaisse was incredibly generous and served in two courses. In short, it's an absolute must-try; everything was perfect.

Olivier is back at the helm, and the difference is immediately apparent: balanced and thoughtful dishes. A particular favorite was the sea bream carpaccio—divine! A must-visit for seafood lovers.

From the moment you book by phone, you can feel the friendly atmosphere. This is confirmed once you arrive. Quality and a relaxed ambiance. Classy without being stuffy. All that's left to do is enjoy the impeccable cuisine and service. Thank you to Richard and each of his colleagues.

We don't usually write reviews. The restaurant reopened under new management at the beginning of September 2026. There was nothing to complain about. If they can maintain the standard we experienced in all aspects, a Michelin star is certainly within reach.

The restaurant has been renovated, the setting is exceptional, the atmosphere cozy, the service attentive and warm, and the dishes perfectly prepared and delicious. We've rediscovered the values of L'Artimon that we had lost for a few years. Thank you to the new owner for reviving this prestigious place! I highly recommend L'Artimon, which has recently reopened. Thank you!

We found our "artimon" (monkfish) again. Fresh fish, a good quantity, and of course, high quality. The side dishes were very flavorful, with surprising and delicious flavor combinations. We will definitely be back.
