We had a great dinner, lovely spot, right on the seafront, not too crowded when we arrived (7:30 pm), perfect timing. The platter was generously portioned, and the service was good. A victim of their own success, if you arrive later the service is quite slow, but the staff manages as best they can. Highly recommended.

A place that's really riding the New Wave wave! 😄 A very pleasant terrace overlooking the sea, perfect for enjoying Palavas at a leisurely pace.
We kept it simple with a single dish to share: a generous platter of fried seafood, shrimp, calamari, etc., served with fries. It was good, not exactly a culinary revolution 😉, but perfectly suited to the location and the moment.
Friendly and efficient service, a truly pleasant setting with the sea right in front.
A pleasant New Wave experience, without a single false note. 🎸🌊

We go there several times a year with my sister and grandson. Besides the delicious food made with fresh ingredients and the idyllic location, we give a special mention to our two waiters and our waitress—their smiles, kindness, and excellent service. I'm quite surprised by this establishment's rating; in my opinion, it deserves to be much higher. We came today with my parents and children. The service was impeccable, the food was good: quality ingredients, fresh, original, and our plates were empty, which is the best possible review. The drinks were also excellent, and frankly, they made me want to try making them at home. The menu features fresh, high-quality products, and the dishes are made to order, which makes all the difference. I will gladly return to try the breakfast and the many original drinks. Well done and thank you!
