A tiny restaurant with a very big experience.
The meal is a complete surprise, the dishes are pre-packaged and come to the table in order. Small dishes, almost a bite with alternating flavors. The place uses fresh spices in unusual combinations.
Butter with rosemary, fish bites in a special way and millions of beef in a fragrant sauce.
I enjoyed every moment, I decided in advance to come back again for the new menu.

I hadn't been back since Chef Kimura left the kitchen, but it's still a very good place; we thoroughly enjoyed everything from the appetizer to the dessert. Thank you for the warm welcome and excellent service, and thank you to the chef for delighting our taste buds!

This is a truly wonderful restaurant that we highly recommend. The dinner menu is designed to guide you through a series of carefully chosen dishes, each one a delight without ever clashing with or overshadowing the previous course. A superb discovery!
Everything was perfect: the welcome, the service, the sophisticated dishes, the high-quality ingredients, the expertly cooked and seasoned ingredients—a wonderful experience in five different courses. I opted for the wine pairing and let the sommelier guide me; she was a true expert. In short, I highly recommend it. Keep up the good work, don't change a thing, and congratulations to the three of you!
