L'Assaggio at Hotel Castille sur Paris

There was so much sugar in the tomato tart that we felt like we were eating dessert instead of an appetizer.😀 Overall, the food was delicious, and the terrace was very nice.

An exceptional dining experience at L’Assaggio at Castille Paris. The setting is elegant and intimate, the cuisine beautifully presented, and the attention to detail reflects the sophistication one expects from a Parisian luxury hotel. A special recognition goes to Vincent, whose service was truly outstanding. He was warm, attentive, gracious, and exceptionally professional throughout the evening. His ability to anticipate what was needed while allowing me to enjoy the meal at my own pace made the experience feel genuinely personalized rather than simply transactional. The agnolotti were beautifully executed, and the Sancerre was an excellent accompaniment. From the roses on the table to the polished service, the entire evening felt refined yet welcoming. Vincent is a tremendous ambassador for L’Assaggio and Castille Paris and deserves special recognition for elevating an excellent dinner into a memorable experience. Five stars without hesitation.

Back at L'Assaggio, at the Castille Paris, last Saturday for breakfast, and once again, everything was perfect: the quality of the breakfast, the service, the attentiveness of the staff, and that unique atmosphere that makes the place so charming. The patio is a true haven in the heart of Paris. The murmur of the fountain, the frescoes, the light, the calm… It's the kind of place where you come for breakfast and could easily stay for hours. But what also makes the difference is the staff: always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. Over the years, L'Assaggio has become one of those places where I know I'll feel at ease as soon as I walk through the door. Thank you again for this wonderful experience. Truly amazing quality food and kind service. Beautiful setting too

A beautiful setting; we had lunch on a lovely terrace. The food was delicious and very refined. Impeccable and charming service. A place to recommend and try. We will be back.
