Valentine's Day menu and atmosphere with a very jazzy singer

Exceptional L'Assaggio restaurant is truly a unique establishment among Parisian Italian restaurants. The intimate ambiance created by the singer and the accompanying piano music perfectly captures the distinctive atmosphere of L'Assaggio. At the table, the toasted appetizer whets the appetite. Then, the oysters, infused with lime, are perfectly seasoned, flavorful, and generous. The red mullet is of excellent quality, beautifully presented, and its passion fruit accompaniment is a perfectly executed and original idea. The ricotta and pumpkin ravioli with shrimp tartare is a complete success. Serving the ravioli as the fourth course, so as not to overwhelm the other fish dishes, is a wise choice. The turbot fillet is delicious and beautifully presented. Here again, its accompaniment of quenelle and artichoke is perfectly conceived and harmoniously complements the flavor of the fish. The meal ended on a high note with a wild strawberry dessert. Congratulations to all the staff for their outstanding work. L'Assaggio is a must-visit.

A magnificent setting, enhanced by the pianist playing in the background. The food is excellent (the foie gras is divine) and the portions are generous: excellent value for money! Special mention to the extremely pleasant and welcoming waiters and manager (Matthieu). A real pleasure, I'll be back!

Invited for a cocktail party, I received a very warm welcome. The venue is chic and beautiful, with a cozy, intimate, and inviting atmosphere. The food was excellent and of high quality. Bonus points for the pianist. I highly recommend it.
