Typical neighborhood bistro that remains true to its values: no bling bling here, only simple and tasty home cooking, reasonable prices for the neighborhood, a real atmosphere and efficient service.

French cuisine at the top! The meat is delicious... really pleasant atmosphere...

Very Parisian and familiar place, there are few left like this anymore, we ate a very delicious menu that had first courses for €6 and seconds for €10, in case you are not very hungry one dish is worth it, homemade food. The place is picturesque for its atmosphere but if you don't like the typical commercial and prefer something more traditional, this is your place next to the cathedral

Traditional and homemade cuisine, a place that has kept its character over time

We only had drinks while we waited for the bus. The next time we visit Paris we will definitely come to eat. The restaurant is reminiscent of our first trips to France when everything wasn't full of ChiChi on every corner. May l'Assignat retain this character.

Authentic place... The choice is limited to a few dishes and therefore the result is excellent.... given the extraordinary location it is surprising how such dated and authentic realities manage to survive in the advanced Paris.

So many good memories in this great bistro. Friendly atmosphere, reasonable prices (incredible in the neighborhood!) The boss Gérard is a genius.
