The service is exceptional, the servers are incredibly kind. Every time I ask for a glass of water, they say yes, but the only slight problem is that there are a lot of people who just hang around, even though they haven't ordered anything. Honestly, the staff are just too nice. The food is delicious.

I ordered a Happy Meal specifically to get the toy, and to my surprise... there wasn't one! As a result, I made the trip for nothing, only to have the most important item on the menu forgotten. The service was truly disappointing, a complete lack of professionalism and attention to detail. If we have to check our orders ourselves every time to avoid this kind of mistake, we might as well switch departments... it's unacceptable. (Order 4812)

Great welcome! My child was given a ball as soon as we arrived. One small drawback: the portion of potatoes wasn't completely full. Nothing else to report.

01/06/2026: I had reserved a table for the Champions League final. I received an initial automated message to arrive before 5 PM or the table might be given to someone else. I arrived at 4:45 PM. Once there, I was told that my table had been given to someone else because I needed to arrive before 3 PM and that an email had been sent to me. I never received this email. We still went in and our drinks were included in the reservation, but it prevented us from being seated.
