Very beautiful and pleasant discovery of the starred restaurant Astrance of Chef Pascal Barbot in Paris. A magnificent culinary experience in a cozy atmosphere. The refined decoration lets us concentrate on the gastronomic dishes offered. The plates are as beautiful as they are delicious. The taste buds travel thanks to the talent of the Chef. The service is impeccable with pleasant, welcoming, attentive and professional staff. It was thanks to a friend that I was able to enjoy this exceptional moment of gastronomy and the Art of Living. I highly recommend the Astrance restaurant for lovers of gourmet cuisine!

New location for Astrance! Flawless for this former 3 Michelin star which is moving to 32 rue de Longchamp in the 16th arrondissement. Exceptional meal in a relaxed setting! A top-notch cuisine which for my part is worth 3 stars. A subtlety in all the dishes with a Japanese touch that combines perfectly.

Astrance is the adventure of two personalities, two men of passion, passion for others, of giving through cooking... a refined but refined cuisine, between Asia and France, exceptional products highlighted thanks to sharp alliances that go straight to the point: acidity and comfort to never tire the taste buds... light but full of personality with taste accents that mark the senses... A pear tart which is a real grandmother's family tart due to its enveloping deliciousness enhanced by the twist of a pear carpaccio cut with a mandolin and delicately placed on top with a few pecan nuts to refresh the deliciousness of a sweet pastry crispy to perfection and wonderfully combined with a very light bourdaloue cream: a taste and emotion slap! Hazelnuts of venison that melt in the mouth, a carpaccio of scallops barely steamed to preserve all their sweetness combined with a hint of marrow in contrast with the Chinese cabbage, the seaweed and the citrus fruit... subtle... the rice and its little shells in comforting white butter, awakened by its lemon caviar, just to rekindle the compulsive desire to dip the spoon again...and there is still more to say.. A kitchen, two men, Pascal and Christophe, a smiling and passionate brigade in their image, a taste and emotional adventure for everyone

Astrance has finally reopened in its new premises, bright and modern, the service is always attentive, the quality of the dishes always at a high level with new products.... Seafood, suckling pig for example. The menus still exist but you can now eat a la carte, however the price of dishes can quickly skyrocket. the food and wine pairing is good but expensive at 110 euros, not always surprising, its value for money is very disappointing given the quantities served, very small glasses including a glass of cider and one of French Sake, the so-called Saké at 15 euros in the trade......sold the equivalent of 22 euros per glass, previous sommeliers have accustomed us to better.

Tres joli cadre et service tres attentif. Les plats (cochon de lait et noisette de chevreuil, accompagnes de polenta cremeuse) ont ete superbes. Dommage que les entrees (tartelette croustillante aux legumes et surtout la feuille de salade avec une sauce « Ssam ») ne soient pas travaillees au meme niveau que les plats. Carte de vins etoffee.

Incredible experience and creativity. This was not a meal but an experience with excellent service and presentation. Credit to the Chef and his team for making this a highlight of our visit to Paris.

07/03/2024: The best ice creams (more choice in summer of course) and hot chocolates in Paris!! Better than Bertillon Taste, textures, finesse, not too sweet. Perfect chord advice, everything is there.
