Profitant d’une journée ensoleillée pause repas à l’Atelier. Cadre sympathique en extérieur avec vue sur l’étang. On s’attend au mieux. Mais assez déçu, la Brasucade fait plus penser à des moules marinières. Les huîtres préparées avec divers mélanges gustatifs: cela apporte peu en goût.

There is little to say, it is a place that offers a high level culinary experience. Everything we tasted deserved an encore. Quick and efficient service, on the sea, not easy to find and reachable, I think, only by car but there is ample free parking.

Very nice place to taste mussels and oysters from the Etang de Thau. In the heart of the company, you can eat by the water at the producer's house. The prices are reasonable and the welcome warm.

Really sad to be served dwarf mussels and with 2 shells out of three empty, even, and that's the worst, if the management refills you with a second pot of the same ilk, explaining that they will change the recipe later

Beautiful place, wonderful food. We had all sorts of oysters and mussels and washed everything down with Chardonnay. This is our third summer in the area, visiting thos restaurant as often as possible, in the space of a summer holiday. We find the price totally relevant and in harmony with what we ate and drank. I can't recommend the restaurant enough. Get there as early as possible to the opening hour in order to be favorably seated with respect to the view.
