Absolutely fantastic. Oysters straight from the oyster beds and served on your plate – incredibly fresh. The service was very pleasant. The oyster farmer was charming and offered excellent advice.

What can I say... despite arriving at the last minute and initially being hesitant, we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food: - Exquisite homemade tielle (a savory pie) - Mussels brasucade (a mussel stew), if you'll pardon the expression, "so good you'll lick the shells!" The sauce was so flavorful, the mussels were cooked to perfection, meltingly tender and creamy, cooked to order! The menu is simple and well-executed, a true expression of fine dining! I will return and tell everyone I know. Oh dear lagoon, whether it's Thau or La Tard, Whether it's blue or black, You nourish us without distinction, You spoil us without hesitation, Fish or shellfish, At the shore or far from it, The pearl you hold may not be in the shell but in the eyes of the beholder... A peaceful spot (before all the tables are taken) and a breathtaking view of the oyster beds and Sète. The set menu is fantastic, especially the shellfish platter with lagoon peppers, not whelks 😡 The mussel stew was exceptional 😋 As for the staff, kudos for their patience and professionalism!!!!!

A wonderful time in an exceptional setting...

This is the third year we have come to end our vacation and return home. Gairabé has become a tradition that we look forward to. The staff is lovely, the food is of high quality and the place is very charming.
