Truly excellent oysters! Plump and flavorful. The special oysters are also excellent, but more delicate in taste. The brasucade (a type of oyster stew) is decent but not exceptional. The homemade ice cream for dessert is really good. The setting is fantastic. You enter an oyster farm with the refining tanks and the tables where the oysters are attached to ropes, and then you emerge onto the outdoor restaurant, right on the water's edge facing Mont Saint Clair. When the moon rises, it's magical! We paid €45 per person. I will definitely go back.

The setting is magnificent. And the oysters and mussels are expertly prepared. Even children will love the mussel clouds. It's a great place to make a detour on your holiday route!

22/08/2026: A wonderful evening celebrating my mother-in-law's birthday. We hadn't been for a long time, and we weren't disappointed; the view is still as beautiful as ever. The staff is charming and friendly. Special mention to our lovely Cuban waiter. The food is excellent; we thoroughly enjoyed it. The pistachio fondant is to die for (thank you for the recipe 🙏😊).
22/08/2026: I'm sorry I couldn't come to your place. There was a white dog running loose in the parking lot, not at all aggressive, but since my dog ​​isn't always friendly with other dogs, we had to go eat somewhere else. It's a shame 😭

23/08/2026: A warm welcome with a smile (despite the day of our visit), and a magnificent view of the pond. A set menu featuring fresh, local products. The management arrives, and the show begins: the oysters arrive, the fire heats the mussels... well done to you all... it was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back... Here we are again, back in August. Just as good as ever, with incredibly fresh products... very happy with this discovery... an exemplary family business... thank you to them. See you very soon.
29/07/2026: A magnificent location overlooking Sète and the Thau Lagoon. An incredible menu: Sète-style tielle (a savory pie), unlimited shrimp, oysters and snails, and a truly delicious brasucade (a grilled seafood platter). Excellent, very friendly service. Thank you.
