Always a superb experience at the workshop. Beautiful setting overlooking the pond, the products are not only delicious but also interesting. The producer-restaurant has even won awards! 🦪 🌟 🌟 🌟

What can I say about this little gem? Simply go without hesitation, though keep an eye on the road. Enjoy a meal overlooking the oyster beds. What more could you ask for? Nothing at all. I recommend the oysters with Muscat melon or the oysters with diced pineapple. And don't miss the brasoucade (a type of grilled fish stew). In short, pure bliss.

A truly wonderful experience. The welcome was warm and the service attentive despite my late arrival 🙏🏻 The seafood was incredibly fresh, and I also thoroughly enjoyed the amazing setting and friendly atmosphere. Everything was perfect for a delightful and truly memorable lunch ❤️ An excellent place that I highly recommend.

Great meal with friends, try the oyster burgers, a real treat! Of course, the oysters are beautiful and fresh, and there's a lot of choice... otherwise, simple decor, superb view 😍

An exceptional place, a perfect welcome, smiles, and a great atmosphere. Time stands still while enjoying hot or cold oysters by the Thau Lagoon. Everything is perfectly cooked. The children also loved the mini burgers, tempura, and gratinated mussels. A treat for young and old alike. Thank you!

Restaurant La Palourdiere

14/05/2026: Another wonderful culinary experience last night at La Palourdière. I came with my father, who has difficulty getting around. The restaurant staff helped him find a table, and we received a very warm welcome and excellent service. The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious! All this with a view of the Thau Lagoon. Thank you again for this lovely evening. We will be back.
11/05/2026: The view is splendid. The food is perfect. We had a noisy table next to us, although it wasn't the restaurant's fault, given that it wasn't full. Spacing the tables out would have been a good idea. The waiters are friendly but lack a bit of professionalism in their table service. One of them was wearing a tracksuit and sneakers. I know it's not a Michelin-starred restaurant, but still, the outfit was a bit casual.
