ロブションはパリのこの店と、台北のロブションにしか行ったことありませんが、とにかく斬新なメニューでとても美味しく、そして楽しかったです！ パンもめちゃくちゃ美味しいです。

Seriously good place and amazing deal with the foie gras. Service was exceptional. Extremely good wines by the glass especially a Catalonian wine. The ceviche was to die for. Extraordinarily pleasant atmosphere. Not to be missed. Went back again for the amazing spaghetti with tomato and basil, the steak tournedos and the coffee dessert. Amazing food and service after the disaster at Allard the night before. Really worth it!

I’ve been a client to this restaurant for over a decade and appreciated how they kept their high standards in the quality of the service and the food. But I was disappointed and shocked by the portions of my favorite dish over there. I was even embarrassed infront of the guests who I was inviting and wondered how they can accept to serve this as a main dish. Attached is a photo of the same dish in 2015 when I used to order only half a portion to keep some space for other dishes and then you can see the evolution over the years of the same dish in full portion in 2023!!!!!! We ordered two dishes of full portion of lamb chops and this is the ridiculous potions on our plates, the chops without meat !!!!!!!!!

We loved this place. Everything we ate had delicious and interesting flavors and textures. There were some menu items that were novel. The amount of food was enough. The service was friendly and helpful— Mauro was great! I wish we could have seen more of the kitchen action. If we go again we will ask to sit on the other side of the bar if it is an option. I liked that my partner could get the tasting menu and I got some other entrees, so that we could try more things overall.

Un restaurant qui est une institution, ce fut une expérience incroyable où j’ai pu sentir l’âme de Joël Robuchon que j’ai rencontré à Las Vegas et à Hong Kong bravo à toute l’équipe
