What a lovely meal, amazing food, great service (thanks Rance) and wonderful ambience. Someone in our party was vegan and has been eating ALOT of salad and chips throughout our trip so we really valued Rance’s help to give them an alternative. They really could not have been more accommodating. Thanks guys . This was our favourite meal from quite an extensive south of France road trip. Defo recommend and would 100% return.

We had lunch at L’atelier de Marie, on the way back from our vacation. I highly recommend this establishment! Top notch cuisine! Welcome and friendliness at the meeting! Location and decor 👍🏻

De passage quelques jours à Alès nous y sommes allés par hasard, car il est difficile de trouver un restaurant ouvert un lundi soir dans cette ville. Mais une belle pioche. Accueil plus que sympathique par notre serveuse, nourriture copieuse et délicieuse, excellente rapport qualité/prix. Cerise sur le gâteau un groupe musical extra tous les lundis nous a t on dit. Nous y retournerons avant notre départ.

27/11/2024: Honestly, I have rarely eaten so well in a restaurant. I was on vacation in the area with my girlfriend, we stopped by by chance, thinking that the restaurant was closed. In the end we received a great welcome in addition to good advice on the menu. The meat and cooking was wonderful, the fresh homemade fries and the delicious pepper sauce still come to mind because it was so good. My sweetheart had an excellent salmon risotto with slices of grilled chorizo ​​on top. Very nice surprise. But the icing on the cake was the bread we had as an accompaniment. Hot bread, toasted with olive oil. Excellent, it was the first time I was offered this in a restaurant. Very generous portions (I usually come away feeling slightly hungry from a classic restaurant if I don't have dessert) Go ahead, it's a must, I'm disgusted to live 300km from this restaurant

18/12/2024: The years go by and nothing changes, everything is perfect. Only the place has changed address and the setting is even nicer
05/12/2024: After the cinema with friends, we had a very warm welcome despite a full house. So we waited a few minutes and went to the table. The salads are delicious and hearty. The wine in a pitcher is excellent. Top notch service. Real pros. I would go back there as a family. Congratulations to the whole team.
