Nicolas, I am still waiting for my appointment with great impatience. Promise of a moment of gentleness, kindness, genuine listening and a hair result that will delight for (at least) the next 4 months! Each time, Nicolas makes my hair what I want or need (pep? softness? light? structure?…).
I also noticed that my hairdresser budget, despite its higher prices than in large franchises or others, had dropped significantly because the cut lasts much longer. So I pay for them with joy, these moments of happiness! And I perfectly understand the deposit requested when booking online: Nicolas is totally committed and so am I! It's obvious. Thank you for being my hairdresser Nicolas.
Very happy with the care, the durable cuts and the impression of a relationship of trust established...until a very recent and radical change in philosophy, very mercantile, requiring payment in advance and bank charges to be borne by the customers. Damage.
