I've been to this restaurant about ten times, each time it's a pleasure! Very polite staff, always attentive. Divine Mozza sticks!! I dream about it at night.. And the aioli sauce... Olala!! Then comes the burger!! Huge ! A very very good meat, some garnish, do you want some? Homemade fries! For a really reasonable price! It's simple, the last time I had a burger for 16€, it would have cost 19 in any other restaurant in Valencia.. I will continue to send my friends and family there! --> GO TO THE BURGER WORKSHOP!!! In a year I have friends coming to Valencia, I already know where we are going to eat aha! I never have dessert in restaurants so I can't judge them, but my partner's smile when she has one says it all! PS good coffee and the toilets are clean, it must be said it is important!!

Nous avons passé une excellente soirée à l'Atelier du Burger ce dimanche soir avec notre fille de 1 an. Les burgers étaient délicieux, avec une viande hachée fraîche, ce qui est devenu rare. Le pain était exceptionnel, à la fois moelleux et croustillant. La sauce aïoli était une véritable révélation, accompagnée d'un petit jus de citron avec une touche de décoration. La décoration du restaurant est très agréable, et les tarifs sont très raisonnables pour la qualité offerte, offrant un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Les patrons étaient extrêmement accueillants, aimables et attentifs à nos besoins. Bien que nous n'ayons pas pu goûter les desserts en raison de la taille généreuse des burgers, nous recommandons vivement cet endroit. C'était une expérience top !

Des burgers au top avec un choix de pains, de garnitures etc. La fraîcheur était au rendez-vous. Les frites étaient excellentes avec la sauce aïoli ! De plus, les patrons étaient sympathiques. Une très bonne adresse pour les friands de burgers !
