Already a customer of the rue de Bruges bakery, I am delighted that this bakery has settled in this area much closer to my home. A high quality traditional baguette, excellent fresh but still good the next day. Which makes the difference for me. Large selection of pastries and special breads, excellent lunch sandwiches and burgers! To recommend without hesitation.

I went for pastries this evening and was a little disappointed. I had a Snickers which was excellent, but the Paris-Brest was a little overcooked. In addition, I found a piece of gelatin sheet inside which had not completely melted…

The saleswoman was very patient and adorable with us who were very hesitant! Finally, the choice fell on 4 colorful filled croissants: raspberry, caramel, speculoos and hazelnut. The whole thing cost us ~€18, ~€4.50 which is a bit expensive, I admit. However, it was good and the crunchy side of the croissants wasn't there BUT, that doesn't bother me. I'll get you to try it once, for fun 🙌🏻

Located at Place du 30, you will find very good products from the original bakery. The welcome is friendly, warm and attentive. We love it. An important novelty, a pastry department has been set up with a real pastry chef on order..... And it's no small thing to specify because the quality and taste are really there with a dessert that I put in pool position. This is PARIS BREST, it could be their signature dessert because it is unrivaled throughout the entire Dijon area! Cabbage always fresh, all in finesse and cream that will make you cry with pleasure, tasty, light and fragrant as you wish. Thank you 🙏

I went to the other store in February while passing through Dijon, since then I have only thought about the pastries hoping to eat them again The other store being closed this morning I came to that one but there was nothing left, I was really disappointed It was a little late in the morning but there wasn't even a croissant left... too bad
