The charm works its magic as soon as you step into this restaurant. The decor is elaborate, a bit rococo, but stylish. The owner reminds me of my grandfather, a member of the old French nobility—very elegant. This gentleman is kind and welcoming, as is his competent and highly professional staff. The chef takes great care in creating wonderful and excellent dishes; the presentation on the plates is, if one can say so, graceful, inviting the diner to eat with gusto. The ingredients are of the highest quality. I highly recommend coming to share a meal with family or friends. Reservations are essential, as this restaurant is very popular.

As longtime customers of Ollioules, whether as a couple, with family, or with friends, we are always delighted. The food is excellent, and the staff is pleasant. I only gave it 4 stars because for years we have been trying to book a table for New Year's Eve and Valentine's Day, even booking a year in advance, and we are told it's fully booked. Again this year, on January 2nd, 2026, the answer was that the restaurant was fully booked for those dates, but available for January 1st?
It's really a shame, what can we do?

A superb discovery! This restaurant is unique in its atmosphere, service, and excellent traditional French cuisine. A timeless place where you are pampered from the moment you arrive until the very end. Delightful surprises punctuate the meal, perfectly orchestrated by the front-of-house and kitchen teams. A pure moment of bliss. Thank you!
