Excellent restaurant! The waitress was very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, especially the chicken with chorizo ​​sauce and the grilled fish. Enjoy the terrace... I highly recommend it!

We stopped for lunch at L'Atelier after spending some time on the beach as a family. The restaurant is located on a small square, slightly set back from the seafront. We were able to eat on the quiet terrace. The welcome was excellent, the staff friendly and attentive. We found the dishes to be good value for money. We had the set menu (main course + dessert) which was delicious! The children's menu is a bit pricey, but the quantity and quality are there. The service was quick, which is much appreciated when dining with children. We had a lovely time, thank you!

Great setting, excellent service, and friendly staff. It's a shame it's so expensive for such basic cuisine. My dish was far too bland. A little more culinary effort and you'll be fantastic.

The restaurant is very nice, but the dishes lack flavor. There's a bit too much salad on the plates for my taste; it's a shame the dressing lacks zest.

12/05/2026: I come here almost every year; it used to be one of my favorite restaurants in Royan, but for the last three years the food has been terrible. The dishes are completely ruined, some are barely edible… a huge disappointment. Luckily, the waiters are there to salvage things, so as far as the food is concerned, it gets a zero from me…
