Atlantide with its peaceful view of the Loire, a quiet dinner on a Tuesday evening.
Always in harmony from the cocktail offered to a complete dinner with Loire eel with its skin in chips, the online bar and the dessert a soufflé on a bed of Mirabelle flambée; a little madness accompanied by a perfectly matched wine. We savored this return to this starry place which remains fluttering in the mouth for a long time

We had a great time, the cuisine is unsurprisingly excellent and refined. An explosion of flavors with each dish and tasting.
It’s just a shame they didn’t come and offer us the wine list to accompany our dish. But this in no way spoiled the quality of our evening.

Excellent culinary experience based on local products. Efficient staff and perfect cooks who modified some dishes to take allergens into account. A very affordable menu, especially for a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Perfect kitchen. The servers go above and beyond for the service. They are too present around customers. Customers are too often interrupted in their conversations by servers describing the dishes. In a word, too much harassment in the service. We need to do less.

Excellent dinner with awakening and delight of the taste buds and a combination of dishes with a choice of wines proposed which should be accepted even if it does not come to mind first.

Very quiet restaurant with tables spaced sufficiently apart to spend a moment in complete discretion.
The staff is extremely attentive and courteous.
The cuisine is obviously excellent and respects the original taste of each of the elements that make up the plates. This is what we seek in gastronomy: a taste by component and other tastes by association of these same elements.
I chose the formula with several glasses of wine. The sommeliers give good advice.
We have a view of the Loire and the Banana Shed. At night, the Buren rings color the river.
On July 13, I was able to see the Nantes fireworks from the terrace.
