We had lunch at the Hawthorn and had a wonderful time. The welcome was very warm and the food delicious. The cuisine is carefully prepared and the chef combines original flavors. It also offers excellent value for money. Treat your taste buds!

My wife and I had a wonderful time. The chef, who also serves, is really friendly and passionate. We ordered the blind menu and the meal was simply incredible, from start to finish. The flavors, the creativity, everything was perfect. We'll definitely be back!

A beautiful restaurant. Delicious, well-prepared dishes. The plates are beautifully presented, with beautiful flavors from starter to dessert. A warm welcome and expert explanations of the dishes and wines. A must-visit restaurant when in Aubenas.

A rather unassuming doorstep, but as soon as you walk through the door, you'll be greeted with an excellent welcome in a friendly dining room. The hostess is at the ready, and the chef is at the stove. As for the dishes served, they're a delight for the taste buds. Everything is there, from the presentation first and foremost to a whirlwind of flavors from fresh seasonal produce. It's well worth the detour and the high marks left by delighted guests.

20/11/2025: We were immediately warmly welcomed by the owner in a very inviting and tasteful setting. The menu is short, well-crafted, and the dishes are quite refined. The chef's cuisine is imaginative without being overly adventurous. Lunch is reasonably priced, while dinner is more expensive (from €40 to €75 depending on the set menu). Cheese is the only extra (€5). They offer local and international wines. A lovely place.
