We stayed in this ideally located hotel for the weekend, thinking of having the serenity of a car park at the foot of it. Unfortunately a funfair occupied the entire parking lot. We had to drive around for a good ten minutes to find a correct location for our vehicle, because the adjacent streets had parking bans. Information by email would have been appreciated when booking. Staff reception left something to be desired not only for their brief feedback regarding parking, but also during various trips back to the establishment, not a single "Hello", or other, all were seated around a table on the terrace without pay attention to customers. Concerning the room, we were lucky to have one overlooking the street which did not overlook the funfair which ended at midnight. Comfortable bedding, mini bar available and completely blackout roller shutter for exterior lighting. Small downside, the shower towels are a little, or even a lot worn... borderline holey. With toilet paper placed directly on the sink, a wall mount would be more hygienic. Hoping that this comment can help you improve your welcome.

I only give my opinion on the restaurant part because I did not stay in the hotel, I just came for dinner with my partner one evening. A little disappointed, a lot of waiting, to take our order but especially to get our dishes we waited 1 hour, after having to ask if it was coming soon, because several tables that arrived after us were served before us.. a priori they served a table of 15 people who arrived after us and we passed afterwards for I don't know what reason according to the waiter who unfortunately had nothing to do with it. Our dishes arrive, we had a burger each. The burgers were good and cooked as requested, on the other hand the fries are neither more nor less than the same as at McDonald's unfortunately (for us who are from the north I admit that we are a little finicky about fries) However, the dishes were good overall, the price remained reasonable. We didn't have dessert, we didn't want to spend the night waiting for a very expensive dessert! It should still be noted that the restaurant made a gesture by offering us coffee or tea. Overall it's a good restaurant I think the servers are a little overwhelmed. I might not go back if I come back to the area

Incredible discovery, we came despite mixed opinions undoubtedly due to very bitter people. Honestly, impeccable service, smiling, meal based on fresh produce, super good, we recommend 100/100!

En déplacement professionnel nous avons fait le choix de nous rendre dans ce restaurant situé au cœur de Gérardmer. Parking à proximité. Terrasse agréable mais service relativement long. Des différences entre ce qui est mentionné sur la carte et ce qui se retrouve finalement dans l'assiette. Des desserts avec un doute sur le fait que ça soit fait maison.

Super restaurant où tout est très bon et de qualité Accueil très professionnel Cocktail délicieux Décors chics et élégant, plats de qualité et restaurant calme Parfait pour un moment à deux ou en famille Seul petit point noir : le temps d’attente par exemple pour l’apéritif ou entre le plat et le dessert (pratiquement 30 min juste pour qu’on débarrasse notre table) un peu dommage Mais nous reviendrons avec plaisir
