A very nice place to enjoy a good local beer! However, we've come several times from the Haut-Rhin region and found it closed, even though the establishment appears open on Google...

While in Gérardmer, we tried Carte Adresse, which was recommended by our hotel.
The setting is charming and welcoming.
The food is very good, high-quality, and the ingredients are fresh.
The only slight drawback is the portion sizes; they're a bit small.
The wait for the main courses is a little long.

We had a wonderful meal sharing a fondue. The craft beer is excellent; we bought some from the shop located within the restaurant.
We also enjoyed a small but very pleasant country-rock concert. I highly recommend this place.

The restaurant had a decent welcome. However, the wait to be served was far too long. The frozen fries weren't very good. The dishes are still relatively expensive, even if they are acceptable.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant.
We were in the Vosges mountains for the weekend. We came to try some traditional dishes: Vosges fondue, pasta gratin with Munster cheese, and Welsh rarebit... everything was excellent and generous! The service was pleasant, with two welcoming and professional staff members. The service was quite fast. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Fantastic restaurant, excellent, we had a wonderful time. The manager was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We were with our dog, and she was wonderful, giving him water, etc. We ended up chatting for a good fifteen minutes; it was a very pleasant experience.
We highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return!

Warm welcome, friendly atmosphere 😉
Good products, service a little slow but understandable, so as a nice gesture they offered us a complimentary aperitif.
