It's a really nice place, it has everything you need for a good time, but you also get the feeling that the energy isn't there. The menu isn't updated, the beers brewed on-site aren't given enough prominence, and it's missing a house specialty, something that would make the place truly exceptional.

Opened 10 minutes late. Cold welcome and unhelpful waiter. Table near the kegs with a mop at the base. Glass with fingerprints, bon appétit... Average meal. Go somewhere else!

We had a wonderful time at La Gérômoise! ​​Everything was absolutely impeccable from start to finish. The service was quick, with particularly welcoming, smiling, and attentive servers, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The setting also deserves mention: the decor is typical and full of charm, with the brewing tanks visible right next door, which gives the place a real sense of authenticity and immediately immerses you in the atmosphere. As for the food, it was a real treat: we tried the spaetziflette, the Bête des Vosges (a type of sausage), and the gratinée flammekueche, and each dish was simply divine. The flavors were all there, generous and perfectly executed. For dessert, I indulged in the almond brimbale tart: a very pleasant surprise, both rich and light, ideal for ending the meal on a sweet note. Another very welcome point: the menu is extremely well thought out. There's a brief introduction to the place, explanations about the beer brewed on-site, and a real emphasis on product traceability, which is a definite plus and demonstrates the establishment's commitment to quality. Another significant bonus: the restaurant also hosts live music on Friday evenings, perfect for extending the experience and enjoying even more pleasant moments in a friendly atmosphere. In short, an address I wholeheartedly recommend. Everything is there for a fantastic time!
