Typical Corsican inn serving wood-fired grills, salmon and beef tartare, and breaded escalope. Impeccable service and a warm welcome. 100% recommended. Excellent value for money.

L'Auberge du Cheval Blanc

14/04/2026: A short stay of a few days; the owners and staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was also very nice.
13/04/2026: This inn is truly lovely and very comfortable. The owner is very kind and welcoming. The restaurant right next door is also very inviting. My mother and I will definitely come back next time.
