L'Auberge sur Ajaccio

We were able to share dishes from the inn on several occasions, but unfortunately the prices become excessive from aperitif to dessert.

We had an absolutely magical time at Auberge d'Alata, where we enjoyed a family dinner. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm, and we immediately felt at home. The wood-fired cuisine was a true delight; each piece of meat was perfectly cooked, with incredible flavors. The service was impeccable, and the setting, with its convivial atmosphere, truly charmed us. We highly recommend this restaurant and advise making a reservation beforehand to ensure you have this wonderful experience. A must-try restaurant if you're visiting Ajaccio, but note that it's only open in the evenings ;-)

While on vacation, I stumbled upon this place quite by chance. A truly wonderful culinary discovery. The service was wonderfully warm and welcoming; you could easily imagine yourself sitting by your grandparents' fireplace. I decided to try their Corsican platter. I thoroughly enjoyed it! I highly recommend it, whether you're on vacation or just a local!
