Excellent restaurant in Ajaccio! My lamb chops were absolutely incredible, the Corsican platters were amazing too, and the children's menu delighted my niece. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. Thank you for everything. I highly recommend it.

A warm and welcoming atmosphere. We've been going for two years now. Opting for the set menu, and especially the linguine Corsican style, is a real treat.

We were on holiday in Ajaccio and were advised to go to Paulo's and we weren't disappointed, the pizzas were top-notch and generous 👍

28/07/2026: Weirdly this place doesn't show in the restaurant filter on Google maps, which is an oversight. I suspect it would get more trade if it did. Either way, my wife and I had a very good tuna salad and delicious savoury crepe here for Saturday lunch. The service was efficient and friendly, and the price was really good (If I recall correctly it was 6 euro for a substantial cheese, ham and cheese sauce crepe!). We plan to return before we leave Ajaccio for one of the delicious looking ice creams desserts 😋.
16/06/2026: We stopped to eat an ice cream, we were very well received, with a smile, they brought us a carafe of water, they took care to check if everything was alright, and the ice creams were well worth the price!
